Round five of the FIA World Endurance Championship was the series' first-ever visit to Mexico City and featured another epic fight between Porsche and Audi for overall honours. There was late drama and a victory for the local team in LMP2, while Aston Martin saw off Ferrari's challenge in GTE Pro.
